In the Hoftaverne Ziegelböck we offer hot meals between 11:30 and 14:00 as well as between von 18:00 and 21:30. We also show live screenings of sport events such as football, skiing or formula 1 races. 

The Hoftaverne is the most traditional Inn in Vorchdorf – a town situated not far from the Traun lake town of Gmunden at the gateway to the Salzkammergut. In this region great value is place on its customs and hospitality and both are very much part of daily life. Many associations and clubs from Gmunden, Ebensee and many other towns in the Salzkammergut ensure that the rich traditions of the area are kept alive. As a guest at our establishment you can experience these customs and traditions first-hand, for example the Glöckler run held yearly on 5 January, in and around Vorchdorf. You can also experience these traditions at the many events taking place in Gmunden.
